At hometime we understand how busy you are. You may want, or need, to move but simply don’t know when you’re going to find the time to go traipsing around numerous estate agents or trawl through property websites.
We have a select portfolio of properties available for sale, which you can peruse using the search function on the left of this page, but we also offer a Property Search facility. Give us your brief and we can do the legwork, draw up a shortlist of properties for you to see for yourself and even accompany you on viewings if you like.
Or, if it’s time for you to sell, we’ll provide an accurate valuation in order to effectively market your property and to secure the best possible sale price. We will also take into account all the relevant factors associated with your personal circumstances, i.e. whether or not you’re in a chain, how quickly you wish to complete and whether there are any taxation implications associated with your sale.
We will also conduct all the viewings on your behalf, handle the relevant paperwork and chase up whichever parties necessary in order to reduce any wasted time or possible stalling on the process.
