If you’d like us to manage the property during the rental period – we carry out inspections, co‑ordinate repairs and schedule maintenance to ensure the property meets safety regulations.
For everyone’s peace of mind – an impartial inventory is taken by Property Inventories at check-in and check-out. You are responsible for ensuring the property is clean to start with but if you don’t have time to do this yourself, we are happy to recommend Perfect Clean. It is then up to the tenant to leave your property in a similar condition when moving out. Six weeks’ rent deposit is held by the Deposit Protection Scheme to secure this.
In addition, if required, we can offer pre-letting advice in order to maximise your rental income. Whichever level of service you choose, we will look after your investment as if it were our own.
