hometime’s Managing Director
Charlotte Wyman started her career in shipbroking, where she became the first female tanker broker in her firm’s 100 year history. Turning her attention to property, Charlotte worked for an exclusive property developer, as well as a residential property investment company in the capital, while also overseeing several refurbishment projects.
The skills and expertise Charlotte developed through practical application are supported by academic and professional qualifications: a Master’s degree in Estate Management, for which she attained the Lillian and Henry Stephenson Dissertation Award, and ARLA training in property management.
By nature a people person, Charlotte saw the opportunity to combine her broad and sound knowledge of the property industry with a more personalised approach and, since setting up hometime in 2003, she has been offering an unbeatable service to landlords and tenants; residents of London pieds-à-terre, and anyone wishing to find, buy, sell or refurbish their own home.
A member of the Institute of Directors, as well as the Knightsbridge chapter of BNI, the respected international business referral organisation, Charlotte is able to employ all the benefits of these network to the advantage of her clients.
